His experience and practice in Customs Law, his experience focuses on consulting of operations related to the import and export of goods; planning complex operations involving issues related to the free trade zone regime, permanent customs users, and highly exporting users; advice for planning business operations related to the implementation of tariff and non-tariff preferences; and defense in disputes with customs authorities at the administrative and judicial levels relating to customs valuation, sanctions and definition of legal status of seized goods.
Regarding foreign exchange law and international investments, his expertise focuses on the structuring and optimization of flow of foreign exchange operations; compensation accounts management; registration of international investments (with extensive experience in the oil and mining sector); and the defense in disputes with foreign exchange control authorities.
His experience and practice in corporate law, his experience has been focused on advising on commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings.
